Shipping Information
- We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order.
- Once your order has been placed (including subscriptions), we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method.
- All orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
- All orders under $35 in the noncontiguous USA (Hawaii and Alaska) will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15. We do not ship to Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
- We do not offer expedited shipping options currently.
- With FedEx Smartpost, your package is delivered to your local post office by FedEx, then final delivery is made by USPS. Typical transit time is 15 days.
- Orders ship from our studio warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We hope you love every petceramicart product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.
- For customization reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
- For a replacement or refund, please email info@petceramicart.com with your order number, email address used to purchase, and reason for request.
- For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back.
- All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from purchase or the maximum period allowed by law. This does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized distributors.
